"My child has been a patient here since birth, but I wish the receptionist was as nice as the doctors and nurses here. They all seem like they need a nap, aggravated and act as if they have to see the child physically themselves. They make appointment setting a pain. I wish there was a portal, so I don't have to talk to any of them."
