"The office staff here is extremely rude. On the day of surgery, as was their policy, we paid out of pocket a large sum of money which I was told would be refunded when the claim was processed. The surgery was on 10/14/2025. It is now 1/20/2026 and we have still not received our refund. I have called multiple times and each time I have received a different story on why my money has not been refunded. ..."
