"Let me give a very honest review for the first time. I visited this clinic, but I found the help desk really unhelpful, and they will not even guide you what to do. The doctor was even not helpful as well what I expected to. After the blood tests, they told me that the Dr. will reach out to us for the results, but after 8 days they are still asleep even the results were prepared. A professional ..."

"I showed up 7 minutes late and they wouldn’t see me. The front desk guy was rude. They tried to reschedule me but I said if this is how it’s going to be and I’m a brand new patient it doesn’t give me a good feeling about trying to continue service. They also said they wouldn’t charge me (they shouldn’t anyway since they turned me away!)"

"You go in believing it's a physical, thus covered by insurance, and you realize more than a month later that it has been billed as a "follow-up" to the physical you had exactly a year before, so you have to pay for the visit and for the blood tests. It's unclear why this is done, but I have decided to change my PCP for this reason."
