"Up until a year ago, I was happy with my care here. Mainly because I am not someone who has a lot of health issues and it was just routine care for the most part. That changed last year when I asked my provider, Nancy Day, if she could do lab work for hormones because of menopausal symptoms I was having that I wanted to fix.
