"Called to reschedule a procedure 3 days in advance (as required). My other doctor recommended I reschedule until after I completed other tests. The scheduler was rude and abrupt and clearly didn't want to be bothered. I decided to just cancel altogether - if you can't be civil with me for a very simple request, then I'll go elsewhere."
