"I absolutely love going to East Texas Dental! Everyone is always so friendly and happy! I met my dental hygienist Lorena, and she gives the best deep clean! I've always gone to the dentist every 6 months and she found things that my previous dentist didn't do. She has helped improve my gums so much! I always make my appointments with her now and I cannot suggest her enough!"

At that time my only complaint was waiting an hour or more in their straight-back chairs to be seen each visit, per kid. "I needed a molar pulled that had had a root canal done and the first 7 places I called either refused to give me a quote or saying that extractions start at $xxx.xx to just look at it. My cousin recommended East Texas Dental and I called. They said $200.00 flat, even if it took two appointments, to remove my bad tooth. I called on a Friday and I was in to see a Dr. on Tuesday. "Dr Simmons is the absolute best dentist I have had in the past 30 years. He is beyond competent he is also friendly while being professional. My first time exam was totally with him, no assistants doing anything . Dr Simmons was with me the entire time and did s very through exam. "I was in the back, waiting in the chair for an hour and a half, past my appointment time. Apparently the dentist I was scheduled with was stuck with another patient working on a root canal. They came back and apologized a few times, then they brought in another dentist. Then I had to be numbed. My overall appointment time, after they got started was two whole hours.
