"I don’t care for the doctors I’ve seen here, especially Dr. Long, who is very condescending and arrogant. Also broke my elbow and was given zero direction on how to care for it. I’d rather go to urgent care than be seen here. The administrative staff, however, is very friendly. "

"Today I experienced the worse case of "bullying" in all my life. I has an appointment with my 022PCP at 12:30PM 8/19/2022, Friday at East Tennessee Medical Group. Upon my arrival at 12:32PM I was told my appointment was at 12:15PM, even though my son and I knew we were only two minutes late (in line to check in).
