"Refused to give me my medical records. This is an absolute first for me. Please consider another location if you want good medical care. Disappointing, lazy front desk staff. You should be able to communicate with office when it’s time sensitive or medical related. We sure pay enough. Get off your phone, turn off the radio and answer your actual patients calls. Would not recommend"
