"horrible service. you cannot get them to send referral for blood work - I personally called 4 days in a row and sent e-mails. Staff is obnoxious. they speak to patients rudely. would not advise to look there for quality medical service."

"If I could give a lower rating, I would. The front desk staff in this office is appalling. They have no consideration for the patients. They leave you sitting in the waiting room for well over an hour past your appt time. They once left my mom sitting there for three hours with no apology or a kind word. "THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR AND OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Please DO NOT GO HERE. They are have been negligent in providing proper care, are not organized and the staff is always overwhelmed and rude. If anyone else has had these type of issues, I urge you to file a formal complaint. This Doctor and office should not be in practice"

"Today I spent a lot of time calling to the office trying to receive copy of my blood test online but without result. My 1-st language is Russian and English is my 2-nd. My English is not very good but is not very bad. I asked receptions if they have anybody who can speak Russian, answer was "not". "Worst place Dr Yelena and the staff especially Erica,Carmen,Cassandra is very rude. The way I was treated just because I wanted a pre authorization to get a diabetic medication. Dr Yelena refuse to see me and the office staff never did the pre authorization. You have to be Russian to get stuff done in Sorin. Very disappointed in Dr Yelena"
