"Richard Del Prete was not insightful or helpful in the least. He was forgetful and unprofessional. Couldn't ever remember anything we discussed, or even our appointment times; he would always change them at the last minute. Paid for an ESA letter (through my insurance), and he had to redo it 3x. Even after that, he still got it wrong and refused to fix it. My dog would be dead, according to his ESA ..."
