"First trip they couldn't get my insurance right. First appointment the nurse practitioner wanted to burn nerves. I told her no, my Dr sent me there for injections due to 4 bad disks. After 2 injections a different nurse practitioner again mentioned I was set up for burning nerves after the next injection. I said no & asked her how that was set up without my consent.
