"While the practitioners are competent (I never saw a doctor the whole time I went there), the whole system is so dysfunctional that I have left them and am in the process of signing up for concierge care. Telephones never get answered, emails via their online "MyChart" system rarely get responded to in a timely manner, there is poor communication between the clinic and the service providers they refer ..."
