"After 30 years in the Army and a disability, I was kicked out 2 years after I retired and I don't know why. I go to Fort Belvoir every week. The Health Center in Dumfries is so far away and the traffic is horrible. It can take me 2 hours at times (one-way). Can I please come back to Augusta Hospital in Fort Belvoir?"

"Worst clinic I have ever been to in my life. MD Love has no care to get to know you, your concerns or anything. Medical facility is insanely rude along with MD Love. I’m surprised with someone being a doctor how unprofessional and careless they can be. I left in tears and will not come back."

"Minimum care is given.. Often leave with symptoms untreated or not listened to..More assistance and help is suggested from Youtube/Google.. Front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful..Often put on hold for 30 minutes or more to schedule an appointment.."

"This facility has NO Doctors to provide care. The contract was lost last year and a few nurses are carrying the workload plus an urgent care office mostly seeing patients unable to wait weeks for an appointment."

"Unfortunately I was briefly seen by Alex Murillo at Dumfries Health clinic on 28 Mar 23 at approximately 6:30 pm. Her bedside manner is not what I expected. She was very curt, and did not listen to my concerns. She saw everyone before me in Urgent Care, and gave me 2-5 mins "maybe" of her time after I waited over 50 mins, with 30 mins being in the exam room. I was told numerous times that she ..."
