"I went in for an eye exam for new glasses, and new glasses were ordered. When I went in later to pick up the glasses my vision with the new glasses was very blurred. I could not use them and then there’s no refund."

"I have no issues with the doctor, but I was overcharged for the Lasik procedure compared to what it actually cost. Be cautious when paying because the billing department charged every patient differently. The front desk also handled me in a most disrespectful manner. I don't believe they have the necessary training"
