"I would give zero stars if I could. My son has a rare neurological disease and at first they didn't want to treat him because it's "rare", but of course they have to as part of their contract with the insurance company. Since then, it has been one bad thing after another. They sent me some random DNA test kit for my son with no explanation or even letting me know it was coming. I call the office ..."
