"Dr. Poulton was very attentive and I felt comfortable with him as a physician, He removed a basal cell carcinoma without complications. He's a great guy with a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, his office staff (particularly billing) is borderline incompetent..After receiving a bill from them for services rendered I spoke to billing on two occasions after mistakenly using Medicare as my primary ..."
