"Tell patients that if they don’t bring the clip board back to the receptionist even if you are the ONLY person there and you have checked in and it is 20 minutes AFTER your appointment starts no one will bother to look in waiting room and think something is amiss and no one will call you back for the appointment. HYGIENIST was FABULOUS !! Otherwise zero stars because that was FULL ON NONESENSE"

"I have had a life-long phobia of all things dental. I am a new patient at CSW and my first visit with Dr. Wilson was exceptional. I felt comfortable with her immediately and had the most thorough consultation/ exam I’ve ever had. Her assistant Rachel was extremely professional and friendly. The office staff seems top-notch. "For some reason the prospect of dental cleaning or services provokes anxiety. However, having services at Charlick and Springstead and Wilson reduces that anxiety greatly.
