I was immediately told that they were closed (even though their website says 2pm). Then there was a long pause, so I suggested "Well would I be able to make an appointment for Monday?". I was there today and though I was late 30 minutes from my appointment time but they still let me see the dentist and we’re nice and understanding she I explained the reasons for being late .
