"Dr. Watson has always been helpful, friendly and reliable. He has been my dentist for years and makes the experience comfortable. Along with his staff, Dr. Watson makes you feel welcome, gets to know you and addresses any questions or concerns. The new location at Sunray is nice and it is good to see familiar faces. Great staff, great service. Thank you Dr. Watson & Jeanne!"

"I had made an appointment with Dr. Watson months ago, which ended up being transferred to Sun Ray with the transition. I have been going to Dr. Watson for decades, and I have always liked him and trusted his care. Unfortunately, I did not get to see Dr. Watson. My one star is for the well-thought out intake procedures in place. They are very careful as people enter the clinic, and that's great. My ..."

Response from Dr. TRENT M ANDERSON
The entire Sun Ray Dental team and myself were very sad to hear of your concerns, and sincerely apologize for any discomfort you felt. We appreciate your feedback, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with this most important information, especially during these anxious days of our current pandemic. We take solace in knowing that our intake procedures were clear and comfortable providing the safest protocol as dictated by the CDC and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. Following that protocol, we hope you find some relief in knowing that each treatment room is completely cleaned and sanitized between each and every patient. This sanitizing procedure includes all dental and office equipment like dental trays, instruments, clipboards, and pens. Our COVID protocols also include daily, rigorous health screening and temperature checks of all of our clinic staff who maintain strict PPE glove, gown, and mask procedures. It is indeed unfortunate that the serving hygienist had to step away from the treatment room to clear his throat. This, too, is part of protocols to insure that the coughing or clearing of the throat is not within the treatment room. We can assure you that no one from our staff is allowed to work if they are not feeling well. Sadly this was a situation where seasonal allergies and/or all day mask protection made for an uncomfortable situation for you and the hygienist. Again, our deepest apologies for that unsettling situation. The transition to a new office and melding of personnel during this pandemic has unfortunately limited some of the hours I am in the building as we strive to reduce the number of people working and being served in the clinic at one time. That being said, you are correct in saying that you should have been informed that you would be seeing another dental professional. We will take that concern and be sure to inform our patients of the dentist who will be performing the dental checks following hygiene care. Again, thank you for this valuable feedback. Your loyalty to me personally is more important than you will ever know. I want to sincerely thank you for the many years you allow me to serve you at our previous office. Although you may not be returning to this office, we wish you all the best with your next dental procedure and indeed wish you the best of health during these very stressful and unsettling times.
"Our dental hygienist were very professional very kind and friendly. One of the best experiences we've had. The receptionist that day was kind of unfriendly but it could just be the circumstances that we're dealing with right now. All the other times the receptionists as a whole I've been amazing!"

"There isn’t a bad thing to say. The girls at the front desk were very nice and friendly. It felt strange at first because I am so used to seeing Jeanne there. Having Jeanne assist with DR. Watson was new. She did a great job. I think it is a big change but I like it. There is some new equipment and a lot of new faces. I like it I will miss the old clinic for John and I we have been going there for ..."
