"Reception staff is very pleasant! Assistants are always very warm, friendly and fun. Can't really get a take on Dr. Jenkins as she doesn't talk much, seems introverted and disconnected from patients. The get-in-get-out syndrome. Not as warm and welcoming as her staff. Does good work."

"I will never go here again, therefore I am not giving any stars as a rating. I explained that I have persistant pain and headaches and was ignored. There was no conversation about things going on in my mouth and did not feel comfortable that my issues were not addressed. I felt as if the dentist treated me as a paycheck not a person."

"I'm convinced that all these people were paid to give positive reviews. Dental assistant didn't even bother to read my chart to see that I am pregnant and would require extra protection against radiation. Then Dr. Jenkins was very impersonable barely talking. She was rude in the way she questioned me. She got water all over my clothes as she cleaned my teeth. I was suppose to get fillings, but I wil ..."

"My last two visits with Dr. Jenkins were a total disaster. After a botched root canal, I ended up losing the tooth. I had to go to two Oral Surgeons in order to get the portion of the root, Dr. Jenkins broke off in socket, extracted. I am truly disappointed in her performance and judgment regarding the handling of this dental concern. The last few months have been a nightmare!"

"Dr. Jenkins was professional as usual. However, my son is listed as guarantor on my account, so all my information, payments, etc. are his responsibility?? That isn't right. Also, the receipts do not reflect what you have paid. I wanted to pay towards my next visit and the office staff could not give me a valid receipt of write on the current receipt that this was done. I decided to pay as I go."

"Unfortunately, this is the second time I've made an appointment and had to wait also two hours before being seen. I understand things happen, but I would appreciate that if your office is running that far behind that at the least a phone call is made to let me or anybody else know that their appointment will be delayed or they should reschedule."
