"Bewar,went to him in extreme pain in my bottom molar, Hi, pressured me for over two hours into getting a crown, which I did not want a con me into it. This guy Hayhurst is a full blown Narcissist. He put a crown over an infected tooth then Lied about it. The Next day still in pain called is office and he Prescribe Tylenol with codeine and five days of antibiotics, so he obviously knew I had an abscessed ..."
