"Make sure you verify with your insurance which services are covered. Don’t trust what they say when they tell you specifically an amount that your insurance will pay because they don’t pre/authorize. Receptionist lacks knowledge and office etiquette"

"This dentist office is not to be trusted . If younr are stuck here i advise you to cross your T's and dot your I's or else they will take advantage of you. make sure you ask questions about your billing statements and cross reference with your insurance."
