"Arrived on time for first time appointment…waiting area was hot and smell like food ! Made me feel sick ! Woman at front desk didn’t greet me ! Very rude and unpleasant personality! I gave her my insurance card… she gave me paperwork to fill out …. Then she proceeded to yell across room at me for my date of birth! I was shock ! Very unprofessional! She had no discretion at all !
