"Very knowledgeable and informed me of everything that was going to be done prior the procedure. The day off almost everyone had a warm bedside manner and was very considerate. I was informed what would happen and what he can and cant eat. The blood in his mouth would be normal the saliva would make it appear that there is more blood then there actually is.
