"They told me I was approved for a procedure with a $1000 credit, and then sent me a bill for $800. If I'd done the procedure approx a month later it would've been covered under my policy. Their response was "we look at hundreds of policies a day" and "we couldn't have known your policy had a missing tooth clause". Sorry, but I thought that was their job? Lol. "I switched to this office about two years ago and the experience has been terrific. Right from the start Dr. Prato identified cavities that went unseen at a previous dentist. "Just moved to the area and needed to have a molar looked at. Called and was able to make an appointment for two days later, which was fine since it wasn't an emergency. Best experience ever. Dental technician and dentist explained the problem in detail. All procedures performed efficiently and with great care. Felt like I had been going to them for years. 10-stars!"
