"Office staff is extremely incompetent. I had a root canal done without insurance. I was a new patient. My family member had been a patient there for many years so when I went for my procedure, he came with me to arrange for the bill to be paid. He already had a monthly bill with them so they worked it out to where my balance basically got tacked onto his, in essence. Some time had passed, I called ..."
