"Well I visit the docs in bethel on Thursday around noon and that place was dirty and dusty it was bugs everywhere like if the place don’t have a cleaning crew I told one of the staff about it it was literally nasty in the entire building docs is so unprofessional who every own the company I called and reported all locations to the health department it was shameful never coming back to this place again ..."
