"Don’t waste your time, because that will be exactly what you will be doing. As others have said you can’t get anyone on the phone. Two hours before someone answered. Then waiting four hours to be seen and finally just walking out. Would not schedule an appointment, must come in and wait. Front end staff is about as friendly as a rattlesnake in a phone booth.
