"Providers were rude and condescending, gave a mis-diagnosis of requiring surgery, only have to have the surgeon (in the same office!) tell me he doesn't know what they were talking about because there was nothing wrong, but of course charged me again. Then I paid the bill that they sent and they RETURNED the check and then sent me another bill for the exact same amount! They now say they have no record ..."
