"So instead of checking my insurance (which did not change and remained Delta Dental) and making sure i am in network, they do my dental work, don’t mention anything and LITERALLY TELL ME there is no copay and my insurance covered everything. Then they later go ‘whoops, our bad’ and try to charge me $165, somehow acting like they are trying to do me a favor by taking off $400 which I WOULDNT HAVE HAD ..."
