You have to leave a message and then wait until the next day for them to call back, at a time of their choosing, when you may not be able to answer your phone for any number of reasons. "Can only review the office as being very unprofessional. They don't have anyone to answer phone & all you can do is wait for a call back. After 3 weeks, still trying to get an appointment scheduled so I can't rate the doctors. If there was another place around, I would have already gone there. "My husband has received a reminder notice for a follow up appointment and another reminder notice for scheduling his colonoscopy. I have tried calling for several days to schedule both, but no one is answering the phone. Even after eventually being able to leave a call back number, I haven't heard back from anyone. What is going on???"

"My husband was in intense pain the day he was scheduled. He went back and changed. I was called back. His nurses kept coming in saying remember I told you when you called to go to the ER even though that's not how call worked. Dr Nelson came in said he needed to go to er because he needed to rule out things. I said aren't you a specialist can't you do that and his reply was it was Friday afternoon. ..."
