"Don’t bother they are “to busy”. I dropped off my completed medical forms a month ago, i was told they would contact me in 1 to 3 weeks for scheduling. I called yesterday they transferred me to scheduling and i left a vm for them to call me. 24 hrs later no call. I call them back today get cut off, call back get transferred to scheduling again, on hold for 10 minutes, was told to leave vm. No ..."
