"The doctor was dismissive, disrespectful and had no care for my elderly mother. When i tried to ask questions he said we can discuss later. Then proceeded to tell me if we dont like it we can just leave. He tried to change some of the lasr sentence words but he clearly did not wanted us. He excused himself and left me with a medical student who was very nice and a female nurse practitioner I think?? Her accent was thick and she wore a mask which made it difficult to understand. "This location is awful. The doctors don't work every day and they seem perpetually understaffed in general. They rescheduled my appointment without my consent and didn't tell me until 3 days beforehand. The place is always jam packed with almost no where to park or sit inside, but you will wait over an hour to be seen. But of course they collect the copay immediately so you have to wait however long ..."

"Had my endoscopy today and it was a great experience. The doctor was friendly and funny as well as his team of nurses. The procedure was fast and non painful. They made me feel so comfortable and in great hands that I had no worries at all. I will be back in 9 days for my colonoscopy. Very nice place . I will definitely recommend to everyone."

"I do not recommend this place. I took a month to get an appointment, which then was rescheduled with a different doctor, which then got rescheduled to another doctor in a different office. Not cool! We are here for a follow up today, and the doctor we have an appointment with is not here. We have been waiting over an hour and still have not been seen. Was told there was one person in front of us. ..."

"I do not recommend this center because they are very disorganized. They don't return your calles and it is very difficult to schedule an appointment. It has been a month already since I've been trying to schedule my endoscopy. I either am not able to get anyone on ethe phone or they put me on hold ans the call drops and no one calls back. It is extremely frustrating."
