"What a terrible clinic..I have been seeing a neurosurgeon to get a operation on my hand. The clinic is closing at the end of the month. Has a referral from Dr. Ready to have the procedure. The surgeon gave me a form and told me to deliver in person and have signed because they are terrible about paper work. Bring form in person my Dr not there..Will not sign. There excuse was because I haven't had ..."

This year I have been disappointed with the response on your phone line and the fact that it is the ONLY number to call. It is SLOW, INEFFICIENT, AND CONFUSING. Why can't one call directly to the office you need to contact?"
