" I have used the clinic for over ten years. I am a "snowbird" and have liked the ability to go one place for various doctors. This year I have been disappointed with the response on your phone line and the fact that it is the ONLY number to call. It is SLOW, INEFFICIENT, AND CONFUSING. Why can't one call directly to the office you need to contact? "
