"This office chose to reschedule an appointment I had been waiting months for. They discovered the morning of my appointment they didn't have all of THIER required paperwork from my PCP. No choice but to reschedule. Rearranged my life again to come today. due to traffic I was 10 minutes late. THEY WOULD NOT SEE ME because I was late! "The staff have always been helpful in scheduling appointments. They have a large office, so there are many nurses and doctors in the practice, but I have had great experiences with Dr Bijaj & NPR Ritchie. Would highly recommend for any fellow Type I Diabetics."

"I love my physicians professional care and bedside manner. The reception staff is amazing and medicos assistant. But!!! That aggressive, Unprofessional Toni needs to be let go. She is bad for patients as she is very confrontational and unprofessional. Rarely do I write reviews but she has been overly assertive to me in the presence of the receptionist & patients in the lobby. Because came out front ..."

"Find someone different all they care about is getting their money. I explained there was an issue with my HRA acct and that’s why the teaming balance wasn’t paid, they said not their problem and wouldn’t see me on my scheduled virtual visit, then said they would be billing me for that one too. Reception staff is also trash."
