"Dr Brad Everly and staff can and will refuse to see patients whom ask too many questions regarding healthcare processes and procedures. I was refused care and turned down as a new patient when they made mistakes in scheduling and I inquired more about the process and how it happened. Their shady answers further prompted a conversation with the office manager and I was turned away for no reason and ..."
