"Dr. Rod is excellent but his nurse practioner is quite rude over the phone and because of her iI would not recommend this office. If your waiting on your perscription to be submitted by her to your provider do not hold your breath. And dont dare ask her when it will approximately get done. NOTE:PATIENTS CAN MAKE GRIEVANCE WITH THERE PROVIDER IF YOUR PERSCRIPTION IS NOT BEING SUBMITTED IN A TIMELY ..."

"I don't know if this is the place for this but I received a letter from Nashville TN asking me to take a survey. I had to scan a QR code in order to do it. It provided a web address, I went there but could not find a survey. I worked with surveys for 20 years and found them useless."
