"If negative numbers were possible I’d give them. My 1st appointment and I get told that because THEY failed to tell me to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork, I would have to reschedule. Now I’ve already spent 30 minutes at home filling in my info online!! You have my name and precious insurance info, photo front and back of card, what more a needed?? You got my insurance info before asking me why ..."

"Felt like this medical practice was forcing me to be there 30 mins early as a new patient to fill paperwork however that is a choice from my other experiences at doctors offices. No one said "hey Adilene if your not here 30 minutes early we will cancel your assortment appt" have people wasting time and work money to just tell you it's canceled. I will never return and I hope you guys rethink getting ..."
