"Walked in today, 6/25 1:45 only to be told it would be a delay of 40 mins. I have a medical condition that prevents me from standing that long.l Every chair was filled, patients standing. Told receptionist I was not waiting, immediately threatened me "We are charging you 50.00 for cancelling your app't. I will be getting another eye dr."

"Yesterday I received my first cataract surgery. I would like to complement the offices of "Wyatt Surgery Center and my ophthalmologist Dr. Felix from Desert Eye Center. They helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt fine afterwards and looking forward to my second surgery. Dr. Felix is professional and courteous,"
