"Tried to get an echo scheduled for over a week now but was told they are unable to schedule any appointments due to a contract issue. I had to find another provider to help me schedule this critical imaging test."

"If there was a 0 rating, it would be better. This place says they'll return your call within 48 hrs. When I didn't hear from them, I called again and was told 10 days to get a call back. People who need a CT scan are people who deserve better treatment. If you can't call a customer back for 10 days, you need yo rethink your operations. It's profoundly broken."
