"I had a Mohs procedure with Dr. Reddy and had to listen to her discuss her vacation holiday plans during the entire procedure. Please focus on the procedure!! The wound became infected with pseudomonas which was definitely related to contamination during the procedure. When I went back the staff (NP) took a tube of Mupirocin antibiotic ointment which is normally used to treat MRSA, that was opened ..."

"My dermatologist is great. The receptionists — not so much. They gave me an appointment on Monday (I have the card) but a machine calls me on Saturday to say my appointment is Tuesday. No one answered my call to see which day it is until I am in the parking lot at 7:45. It was Tuesday. No apologies, just “people make mistakes”. Incompetent!"
