"My experience as a new patient: my appointment was changed multiple times; the day finally I go into the office, I waited 1 1/2 hours past my appt time in the exam room before anyone stepped in the room. They asked what the issue was then told me to come back in 5 weeks for treatment. This certainly was not a Dr visit but they refuse to return my co-pay and billed my insurance company. Do Not Recommend ..."

"After having my child taken to urgent care, referral sent last Friday, we received no call back. Called back in this morning and was told they didn’t receive the referral. We called the urgent care back whom confirmed they had sent the referral over but would resend. We called the Dermatology office back and were then told they wouldn’t address the referral until the end of the week and she was on ..."
