"Had a very painful biopsy (not enough anesthesia) performed a month and a half ago with my Insurance notifying me and this clinic two(2) weeks ago of coverage of radiation treatment and I'm still waiting for a call back with schedule? Simply NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO SENCE OF URGENCY... Try somewhere else! Too frustrating..."

"The medical care received at this practice was good, however the insurance/billing practices and customer support have been utterly frustrating. This practice is in-network for me but without my knowledge sent pathology to an out of network lab (465.00 claim). On top of that the lab they use (Dominion) expects payment from you without even informing you that you owe them. The charges were on their ..."

"PA Pollard has zero beside manners. Said the VA and my primary care Doctor were wrong. Seems to have a better than everyone else attitude. The office staff and medical assistants were awesome! We will see if the different meds help. "
