"I had a surgical skin cancer removal and my insurance company is billed again only to remove stitches. I am also charged a copay just for removal of stitches. Removal of stitches should be part of the billing for a surgical procedure."

"My visit was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was polite and allowed a lady to check in before me. When she told the receptionist who she was and her appointment, I realized they doubled booked the doctor. I was finally called into the treatment room 25 minutes after my appointment time. I told the nurse I could not wait because I had another commitment. If you try to reach the ..."
