"My wife had an appointment and while she was there things went smoothly. They prescribed some medicine for her but forgot to send the prescription to our pharmacy. Okay, people make mistakes…. We tried to call, were on hold for 45 minutes and finally gave up. We called 2 more times with the same results. This is a Doctors group that you can’t communicate with ….. what good is that? At this point ..."
