"This is the worst Medical facility I've ever dealt with. They offer to call you back if the queue is to long but they never do. I sent a request to forward my med records to a new dermo in Fl. and three weeks later after thirty minutes on hold I'm told we just received the request. Liar! I'm glad to be rid of this Medical group!"
