"DISGRACEFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL! My son was scheduled for an orthodontist appointment on August 30th 2022. I showed up at my appointment when this rude woman at desk who later was identified as a provider said my appointment was cancelled and gave no reason as to why it was cancelled. I told her I just received a text saying that our appoint was still scheduled not less than 20 minutes prior to me showing ..."
