"Made an appointment to have a lost filling replaced and was told I would need an extraction and partial. While there I had an exam & xrays. A week or so later, I received a bill for almost $2000! I called and requested an itemized bill and they agreed to send it... never received. More requests, more bills, none were itemized. Checked with my insurance and a claim has never even been submitted ..."
