"My wife had a 1:00 PM appointment scheduled well in advance. We received no phone calls or notifications about any changes, and we received a text message confirming the appointment, so there was no mistake on our end. Despite this confirmation, when my wife arrived on time, she was turned away and not seen. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and basic competence. I ..."

"This place is horrible. My husband went in January to have a new upper denture. It is now June and he still does not have it. They got paid for it and have been calling for months and can’t ever get anyone on the phone. It is always an answering service."

"Go somewhere else if you like Transparency,Professionalism,you Care about your time. Their estimates are a Joke. Nobody answers the calls. Hard to make appointments.
